THE LODGE

Matapiojo Lodge is located along the shores of the

stunning Futaleufú River, at the base of a sheer Cliff.

The Lodge has a central area with living room, dinner

room and kitchen. We have a spectacular glamping

(Luxury Camp). Our guests sleep in top-quality Wall-Tents

that look out at the river, with comfortable beds,

bathrooms, electricity, wooden floors and woodstove.

We have WiFi, hot tub and laundry services.

We've spent years adapting Glamping to the rigour of the

Chilean Patagonia, in the conviction its a more

harmonious way to interact with nature. Come explore

this beautiful place, experience it with all your senses ,

you'll discover new experiences, and learn about yourself.

 

THE FISHING

Palena Province has the greatest diversity of fishing

in Patagonia. We fish large and small rivers, big lakes

and a lot lagoons (many of them still unnamed)

The closeness between the high Andes and the

Pacific Ocean gives special conditions to the rivers,

it`s environment and behaviour of trouts and

salmons varies. You will enjoy multiple options,

method, species, sizes and styles of fishing

created unique experience for anglers.

 

THE EXPERIENCE

THE PROGRAM INCLUIDE:

- Fishing: Boats and fishing guides. We have alumminium boats and

catarafts. The fishing guide is for 1 or 2 anglers.

- Fishing equipment: Waders + Boats + Reels + Rods

- Accomodations at Matapiojo Lodge.

- All meals while in Patagonia: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- Open bar: Drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic: water, juices,

beverage, beers, vine and destillates). The alcoholic consum have to be

with respet and always to go to your segurity, no forget that.

- Laundry services

- WiFi

- Hot Tub

- Local Flight: Puerto Montt to Chaiten (round trip). Luggage capacity is 20

kg. Each extra kilogram has a price of USD$2,00

- Transfers: Chaiten Airport to Matapiojo Lodge (round trip).

- Fishing license

- Activities: Rafting, trekking, photografy, bird watching, horse riding and

rural tourism.

• If your trip is canceled for health or Covid-19 reasons,

your can use your deposit for a future trip respecting

the same price than your reservation.

• The final payment have to pay no less 45 days before

your trip date.
